Job summary

EY seeks a Deployment Manager to lead SAP deployment execution across readiness, cutover and hypercare. You will collaborate with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to implement robust plans and ensure successful delivery.

You will drive delivery of technology transformation projects, manage timelines, costs, and quality, and lead both technical and non-technical teams to successful outcomes on client engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with ERP deployment experience.
• 4–6 years ERP deployment experience preferred.
• Experienced in executing large SAP deployments.
• Able to lead site readiness and cutover plans.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track project status.
• Participate in client sessions and drive workstreams from planning to closure.
• Manage engagement economics, budgets and resources.
• Travel regularly as required by client engagements.
