Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to drive SAP deployment initiatives across client engagements. You will collaborate with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to execute program plans in three pillars: Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare.

You will deliver technology transformation programs, manage timelines, costs and quality, and lead cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions. Travel 40–60% as required by engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven SAP implementation experience.
• Site readiness and cutover execution experience.
• Experience leading teams and willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track status.
• Participate in client sessions and drive workstreams to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and budgets.
• Travel regularly as needed by client.
