Job summary

EY seeks a Deployment Manager to lead SAP implementation efforts, coordinating with stakeholders, the project team and third parties across readiness, cutover and hypercare. You will guide delivery, timelines, costs and quality while steering both technical and non-technical teams.

The role emphasizes managing site readiness, cutover plans, and post-go-live support, with a strong focus on delivering technology transformations aligned to client goals. Travel is expected as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• Typically 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverables and project status.
• Participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning through closure.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel regularly as needed by external client.
