Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to drive large SAP deployment initiatives. You will collaborate with stakeholders, project teams, and third parties to execute plans across three pillars: Business readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare.

The role requires coordinating with the Deployment Lead to define readiness and cutover strategies, managing timelines, costs, and quality, and leading diverse teams in delivering technology transformation programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• ERP deployment experience of 4–6 years or more.
• Proven experience executing large SAP implementation procedures.
• Experience managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience leading teams and coordinating across multiple work streams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60% to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverables and project status.
• Participate in client sessions and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel frequently as required by client engagements.
