Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead SAP deployment programs and coordinate with client stakeholders, project teams, and third parties to execute plans across Business/Site Readiness, Cutover, and Hypercare. You will work with the Deployment Lead to define readiness and cutover strategies and ensure successful go-live support.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
