Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced Deployment Manager to drive SAP implementation programs, coordinating with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to deliver plans across readiness, cutover and hypercare.

You will oversee delivery of technology transformation projects, ensuring timelines, costs and quality while guiding both technical and non-technical teams to successful outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive complex project plans to completion by mitigating risks and delivering on schedules.
• Strong command of project and portfolio management tools and methods.
• Experience with iterative and hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Ability to manage project or program resources effectively and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, track progress and project status.
• Engage with clients and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Manage engagement economics, budgets and resource plans.
• Travel to client sites as required (40–60%).
