Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP deployment procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking progress.
• Participating in client sessions and guiding workstreams from planning to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and budgets, including resource planning.
• Travel required regularly to meet client needs.
