Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to execute large SAP implementation projects, coordinating with business stakeholders, the project team, and third parties. You will manage site readiness, cutover planning, and hypercare, while guiding teams toward on-time, on-budget delivery across multiple SAP modules.

You will shape technology transformation programs, ensuring timelines, costs, and quality align with EY’s strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and track deliverables and project status.
• Participate in client working sessions and lead workstreams from planning to closure.
• Manage engagement economics and implement resource plans and budgets.
• Travel regularly as required by external client.
