Job summary

EY is hiring a Deployment Manager to drive large SAP deployment programs. You will collaborate with stakeholders and teams to deliver readiness, cutover, and hypercare across projects. You’ll guide timelines, costs, and quality while leading both technical and non-technical teams.

Travel is required 40-60% and you will participate in client sessions, manage resources, and oversee project execution from planning to closure, in a dynamic, hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year) required.
• 4–6 years ERP deployment experience preferred.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP deployments.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and cutover execution.
• Experience in leading teams and traveling 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, track deliverables and project status.
• Engage with client sessions, plan through execution to closure.
• Manage engagement economics, resources and budgets.
• Travel regularly to meet client needs.
