Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to lead large SAP deployment programs, collaborating with stakeholders, the project team, and third parties to execute plans across readiness, cutover and hypercare, while aligning with EY’s technology transformation goals.

You will build, manage and deliver technology transformation projects, controlling timelines, costs and quality, leading diverse teams and communicating with clients to earn trust.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
