Job summary

EY is seeking a Deployment Manager to drive large SAP implementation programs. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage plans across readiness, cutover, and hypercare, and lead both technical and non-technical teams to deliver outcomes.

You will oversee timelines, costs, and quality while shaping technology transformation with a focus on client value and business readiness. This role requires travel and strong collaboration across EY teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree).
• Typically, no less than 4 - 6 years ERP deployment experience.
• Proven experience in executing large SAP implementation procedures.
• Experience in managing site readiness plans and ensuring successful execution.
• Proficiency in developing and executing cutover plans.
• Experience in leading teams.
• Willingness to travel 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Leading workstream delivery and tracking deliverable completion and project status.
• Actively participating in client working sessions and leading workstreams from planning through execution to closure.
• Managing engagement economics and implementing resource plans and budgets.
• Travel required regularly as needed by external client.
