Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior SAP Delivery Manager within Technology Operations and Service Delivery to lead post‑transition SAP support and delivery. You will drive on‑time deployment, maintain operations, and own core SAP business domains in collaboration with client teams.

You’ll manage cross‑location SAP delivery teams, coach staff, and ensure service quality while contributing to automation initiatives and continuous improvement in a hybrid client‑facing environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required.
5–7 years of SAP Operations experience or running SAP projects.
Experience leading SAP delivery teams, including offshore resources.
Familiar with Agile terminology and Agile methods.
Strong customer orientation and service delivery experience.
Solid data delivery and stakeholder management capabilities.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality SAP support and issue resolution across key business processes.
Provide hands‑on SAP functional leadership within one domain (FICO, SCM, Procure‑ment, or OTC).
Lead and coach globally distributed SAP delivery teams across locations.
Ensure SLAs and OLAs are met and drive continuous improvement.
Partner with client stakeholders to align SAP operations with business outcomes.
