Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and guide teams to deliver high-quality data governance and migration programs. Travel up to 40-60% is expected.

You will leverage SAP data disciplines and governance to drive transformative outcomes, shaping data strategy across SAP and non-SAP landscapes while collaborating with diverse teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP-related experience including full-cycle implementations.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines: MDG, data governance, migration, analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations from SAP ECC to S/4HANA.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing presentations.
• Proven experience leading SAP data projects or workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and establish governing policies and procedures.
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods and evaluation criteria for results.
• Manage project status and deliverables with risk management.
• Lead workstreams and engage with clients daily to identify additional services.
• Provide direction to teams and foster collaboration to enable innovative solutions.
