Job summary

EY seeks a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to turn data into a strategic asset for clients. You will lead workstreams, engage daily with clients, and drive governance, data quality, and MDG programs across SAP and non-SAP landscapes.

You will manage teams, shape data strategy and governance frameworks, and leverage SAP tools to ensure data integrity and scalable solutions. Travel 40–60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically 4–6 years of SAP-focused experience with multiple modules.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines and governance.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data models and migrations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, client-facing skills.
