Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to transform data into a strategic business asset for clients. You’ll lead workstreams, engage with clients daily, and guide teams to deliver scalable data solutions across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes.

You’ll drive governance, data quality, and data migration strategies, while leveraging tools like MDG, Data Services, and CPI to ensure data integrity and value realization for complex engagements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year degree) required.
• Typically, no less than 4–6 years of relevant SAP experience.
• Specialized experience across SAP data disciplines incl. MDG, Data Migration, Governance.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Strong written and verbal client-facing communication.
• Proven experience leading SAP data projects or workstreams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery, ensure timely, quality project outcomes.
• Engage with clients daily, identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to team, foster collaboration and innovation.
• Develop data solutions, govern and optimize data across SAP/non-SAP.
• Manage project status, deliverables, and risk controls.
