Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to help clients govern and transform master data across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes. You will lead workstreams, engage daily with clients, and drive governance, quality, migration, and MDG programs that create scalable value.

You will direct cross‑functional teams, apply governance frameworks, and deliver data solutions using tools like Data Services, Information Steward, MDG, and Datasphere. Travel 40‑60% is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or equivalent.
• Typically 4–6+ years SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance in full-cycle SAP ECC or S/4HANA.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines: Migration, MDG, Governance, Quality, Analytics.

Responsibilities

• Lead data management workstreams for clients with governance, quality, and migration focus.
• Translate business needs into scalable data solutions across SAP and non‑SAP landscapes.
• Direct cross‑functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
