Job summary

EY is seeking a Manager in Data Management and Strategy to lead data-centric engagements for clients across SAP landscapes. You will drive governance, data quality, and MDG programs while shaping scalable data solutions and migrating master data.

You will manage cross-functional teams, interact with clients daily, and guide delivery with a focus on risk management and value delivery. A 40–60% travel expectation is included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (4-year).
• 4–6+ years of hands-on SAP data transformation experience including MDG, Data Migration, or Data Governance.
• Experience across SAP data management disciplines including Data Migration, MDG, Data Governance, Data Quality, Data Analytics.
• Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA data model and migrations.
• Strong written and verbal communication, including client-facing presentations.
• Proven experience leading SAP data workstreams and cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel 40–60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead workstream delivery and ensure on-time, high-quality results.
• Engage with clients daily and identify opportunities for additional services.
• Provide direction to the team and foster collaboration across workstreams.
• Manage engagement economics and project status while addressing risks.
