Job summary

Accenture in the United States seeks a senior consultant to lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience and operational efficiencies.

You will manage senior client relationships, develop strategies to improve performance, drive revenue growth, and guide cross-functional teams through change in a fast-paced environment. Travel 25%–100% may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in the Utility Industry, Customer Service project delivery / Customer Transformation project delivery
• 2+ years of functional experience in SAP
• Experience with Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies
• Experience with major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements)
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum 12 years) or 6 years if Associate’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience enhancement, and operational efficiencies
• Serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships and aligning with client objectives
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance, drive revenue growth, and support customer-centric transformation
• Manage project teams, guide junior members, ensure delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing Accenture’s Utilities practice in sales pursuits
• Mentor team members and contribute to thought leadership on industry trends and regulatory changes
