Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned consultant to lead strategic engagements in energy retail, digital transformation, and customer service optimization. You will partner with senior executives, shape engagement delivery, and drive client outcomes across transformation programs.

The role involves developing strategies to improve business performance, guiding project teams, and pursuing new opportunities while staying current with industry trends and regulatory changes. Travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry and 2+ years in Customer Service project delivery or Customer Transformation project delivery.
• Proven SAP experience with Meter to Cash operations and related technologies.
• Experience leading advisory or consulting engagements is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience (min 12 years); if Associate’s degree, 6+ years experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies.
• Act as primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client performance and drive revenue growth.
• Manage project teams, guide junior members, and ensure delivery quality, timeline, and budget.
