Job summary

Accenture is seeking a senior consultant to drive digital transformation in the Utilities practice, focusing on energy retail, customer service, and operational efficiencies. This role involves senior stakeholder engagement, strategy development, and delivery leadership across multiple client engagements in the U.S.

Minimum 3 years in utilities; 2+ years SAP functional experience; CIS replacements and Meter-to-Cash expertise are key.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry or related delivery projects.
• Minimum of 2 years of functional experience in SAP.
• Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies.
• Experience in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements).

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation, customer experience, and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships and ensuring alignment with client business objectives.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance, drive revenue growth, and support customer-centric transformation initiatives.
• Manage project teams, guiding junior members and ensuring project delivery meets quality, timeline, and budgetary expectations.
• Lead business development activities by identifying new opportunities, crafting proposals, and representing Accenture’s Utilities practice in sales pursuits.
