Accenture is seeking a senior Strategy & Consulting professional to advance digital transformation in the Utilities practice across the US. You will lead energy retail and customer service engagements, partner with senior clients, and shape transformation programs delivering value and efficiency.

Ideal candidates bring SAP experience, CIS project knowledge, and a track record of advising on business cases, operating model design, and change management in complex environments.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the Utility Industry, Customer Service project delivery / Customer Transformation project delivery.
• Minimum of 2 years of functional experience in SAP.
• Expertise in Meter to Cash operations, functions, and technologies.
• Expertise in major Customer Transformation and technology implementations (e.g., CIS replacements).
• Bonus Points If you have at least 2 years of advisory or consulting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic consulting engagements in energy retail and customer service, focusing on digital transformation and operational efficiencies.
• Serve as a primary client contact for senior executives, building trusted advisory relationships.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve client business performance and drive revenue growth.
• Manage project teams, ensuring delivery meets quality, timeline, and budget.
• Lead business development by identifying opportunities and contributing to proposals.
• Mentor team members and contribute to thought leadership in the energy retail sector.
