Job summary

Fortrex is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Sanitation to support the Site Manager in daily supervision of the sanitation crew at an on-site facility in the United States. You will help maintain high cleanliness and safety standards while driving operational efficiency.

You will communicate with the Site Manager, coordinate with corporate offices, and conduct safety audits. The role requires 6 months to 1 year of sanitation experience and fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year of related sanitation experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English (reading/writing/speaking).
• Basic computer literacy and safety procedure awareness.

Responsibilities

• Assist Site Manager in daily supervision of the sanitation crew and operations.
• Communicate with Site Manager daily to report incidents, downtime, and issues.
• Coordinate with Corporate and HR on logs, payroll, and supplies.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure a safe work environment for the team.
• Set goals and monitor performance for sanitation staff.
• Hire, train, coach, and discipline team members as needed.
• Ensure adherence to company procedures and customer service standards.
• Coordinate with customers during sanitation meetings and audits.
• Report accidents and coordinate with regulatory bodies as required.
