Fortrex is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Sanitation to supervise the daily sanitation crew and support the Site Manager in maintaining top cleanliness and safety standards across the plant in the United States. The role focuses on operational efficiency and adherence to food safety procedures.

You will report issues, coordinate with Corporate, train staff, conduct safety audits, and liaise with customers.

Competenze

• Fluency in English and Spanish required.
• Minimum 6 months to 1 year sanitation experience.
• Proficiency with basic computer tasks and systems.

Mansioni

• Supervise daily sanitation crew under Site Manager.
• Report accidents, downtime, and plant issues to Site Manager and Corporate.
• Coordinate with Corporate for logs, payroll, orders, timesheets.
• Conduct weekly safety audits of staff and equipment.
• Set and monitor safety and productivity goals for the team.
• Hire, train, coach, and evaluate direct reports; manage hours and grievances.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies.
