Job summary

Fortrex is seeking an Assistant Site Manager in Sanitation to support daily operations at our site in Delaware. You will supervise sanitation crews, assist the Site Manager, and help uphold the company’s safety and quality standards at a food safety focused facility.

The role requires 6 months to 1 year of sanitation experience, bilingual English/Spanish abilities, and strong communication skills. This is an on-site, full-time position with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, adds, and subtracts accurately.
• 6 months to 1 year of related sanitation experience.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; able to communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily sanitation operations under the Site Manager.
• Report accidents, downtime, and issues to Site Manager and Corporate.
• Conduct safety audits and ensure safe work environment.
• Coordinate with HR, payroll, and technical services for government matters as needed.
• Liaise with customers and attend sanitation meetings as required.
• Implement training programs including safety training and ERP.
