Fortrex in Kansas is seeking a Site Manager II specializing in food processing sanitation to lead a dedicated team and uphold rigorous cleanliness, safety, and quality standards.

You will develop and execute strategies, manage budgets, supervise sanitation staff, coordinate with customers and regulators, and drive continuous improvement across plant operations.

This role requires 2 years sanitation experience, strong computer skills, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, add, and subtract.
• 2 years of relevant sanitation experience.
• General working knowledge of computers/technology (MS Office).

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and implement strategy for operational management to meet performance, safety, timeliness, and budget requirements.
• Manage site expenditures within approved budgets.
• Lead sanitation crew to maintain safety and cleanliness standards.
• Coordinate with Area Manager and Corporate office on daily operations.
• Attend sanitation meetings with customers and regulators as needed.
• Submit corrective actions and ensure issues are resolved satisfactorily.
