Fortrex is seeking a Site Manager II for sanitation leadership in our processing facility. You will lead a dedicated sanitation team to uphold high cleanliness and safety standards, ensuring product quality and consumer safety.

You will manage operations, budgets, and staff, coordinating with areas like safety, HR, and QA to maintain compliance and continuous improvement. This role is on-site and requires strong leadership in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have 2 years of sanitation experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Able to wear PPE and work in extreme temperatures.

Responsabilités

• Plan, develop, and implement strategy for operational management to meet performance, safety, timeliness, and budget requirements.
• Monitor, measure, and report on operational issues and opportunities within set formats and timeframes.
• Manage and develop direct reporting staff including interviewing, hiring, training, and evaluating.
