Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sanitation experience.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be 18 years or older and able to wear PPE in extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Plan, develop, and implement strategies for operational management.
• Manage site budgets and expenditures.
• Oversee sanitation crew performance and safety.
• Coordinate with Area Manager and Corporate office daily.
• Lead hiring, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
