Job summary

Fortrex is seeking an Assistant Site Manager for Sanitation to support the Site Manager in daily supervision of the sanitation crew at our Minnesota facility. You will help manage operations, uphold safety and cleanliness standards, and coordinate with HR, payroll, and suppliers as needed.

You should have 6 months to 1 year of sanitation experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to work in PPE in varied temperatures. Bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising sanitation staff is preferred.
• Ability to read and write and perform basic math.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is a plus.
• Willingness to work in facility environments with PPE.

Responsibilities

• Support Site Manager in daily supervision of the sanitation crew.
• Monitor, report, and help implement improvement plans for operations and safety.
• Coordinate with Corporate on logs, payroll, chemical and supply orders, and timesheets.
• Complete weekly internal safety audits on staff and equipment.
• Set goals for the sanitation crew and monitor performance.
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and policies.
