Job summary

Cooper Farms is seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate for our Van Wert, Ohio facility. The role involves cleaning and sanitizing production equipment and facilities, handling cleaning chemicals, and maintaining safety with required PPE.

The starting hourly rate is $20.00, with potential increase to $20.65 after 90 days, plus monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses based on company performance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• Ability to stand for prolonged periods of time.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and move up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize production equipment, machinery, conveyors, and floors.
• Label, mix, handle and use cleaning chemicals properly.
• Empty all trash containers.
• Wear all required PPE and rotate with other team members.

Cooper Farms is currently seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation Associate to join our team in Van Wert.

SHIFT HOURS:

Sunday through Friday 11:00pm-6:30am

STARTING HOURLY RATE:

$20.00 with the potential of increasing to $20.65 after 90 days

ADDITIONAL PAY:

Monthly and year-end profit-sharing bonuses (dependent upon company performance)

Job Functions

• Cleaning and sanitizing all production equipment, machinery, conveyors, and floors
• Being responsible for labeling, mixing, handling and proper usage of cleaning chemicals.
• Emptying all trash containers.
• Wearing all required PPE and rotate with other team members as directed.
