Job summary

Cooper Farms in Ft. Recovery, Ohio is seeking a 3rd shift Sanitation team member at our Liquid Egg Processing facility. We offer training, full-time hours, and strong benefits.

Starting pay is $18.75/hour with an increase to $19.60/hour after 90 days. Schedule is Sunday through Thursday, 10:00pm to 6:30am. No experience required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma preferred.
• Must have reading, writing, and strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Clean equipment and surfaces and document the work.
• Remove all egg debris accumulated throughout the day on the processing equipment, floor and surrounding areas.
• Maintain a clean and safe plant while adhering to all USDA/AQ/HACCP requirements for sanitation operations.
• Wear proper PPE when using chemicals or cleaning supplies.

Pay & Schedule

• Starting Pay: $18.75/hour
• Increase to $19.60/hour after 90 days
• Monthly and Year-End Profit-Sharing Bonuses (based on company performance)
• Schedule:
  • Sunday through Thursday
  • 10:00pm-6:30am
