Job summary

DMC Recruitment is seeking a Territory Sales Representative in San Diego for an established North American building materials distributor. You will grow sales by deepening existing relationships and developing new customers in the region.

You will spend time in the field meeting contractors, fabricators, dealers, and mills, manage a pipeline in Salesforce, and work with internal teams to deliver a superior customer experience.

Qualifications

• Proven B2B sales experience in building materials or industrial distribution.
• Ability to develop new business and own a market.
• Strong relationship-building and customer-facing skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow sales and profitability in the San Diego territory with existing accounts and new prospects.
• Build an ongoing pipeline of opportunities and manage relationships with contractors, fabricators, dealers, mills, and manufacturers.
• Provide pricing, product information, and ongoing account support.
• Maintain accurate account and activity data in Salesforce.
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a strong customer experience.
