Qualifications

• Five+ years selling residential construction with self-sourced work.
• Live San Diego referral network available now.
• Selling to homeowners for ground-up projects.
• Comfort with $500k–$4M residential projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage end-to-end sales process from discovery to proposal.
• Leverage architect/designer/investor networks to generate opportunities.
• Lead site walks with estimator and address technical questions.
• Build relationships with homeowners for ground-up work and renovations.
