Job summary

VICI is seeking a Sample Manager in Los Angeles to oversee the end-to-end sample workflow for multiple collections. You will coordinate with Photo Studio, Marketing, and Merchandising to ensure samples are prepped, tracked, and delivered on schedule for shoots and campaigns.

You will lead a small team, communicate across departments, and manage vendor relations to keep production calendars on track. Office-based role with no remote work in Downtown LA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in a similar role.
• Expert in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Experience with Shopify and NetSuite.

Responsibilities

• Own the procurement, preparation, and flow of merchandise samples from pre-production to post-production.
• Lead vendor communication for TOPs and coordinate collection and delivery across multiple vendors.
• Lead internal communications across Studio, Marketing, and Merchandising teams.
• Manage the Sample & Studio Assistant and track shipments to support shoots.
• Oversee sample tracking across vendors, shoots, and content creators to meet milestones.
• Identify improvements to the sample workflow on an ongoing basis.
