Eurofins is seeking a diligent Sample Registration support professional in Des Moines, IA to manage sample intake, data entry, and reporting workflows. You will collaborate with technical teams to ensure accurate testing and invoicing, while maintaining timely sample processing.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate’s Degree in science preferred, or equivalent.
• Type 45 words per minute.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Receive samples for analysis and enter all pertinent information concerning testing, reporting, and billing of samples in the computer system per SOPs.
• Work with technical staff to meet client expectations in testing, reporting, and invoicing.
• Proficient in performing the duties of Sample Registration.
• Troubleshoot Fresh Desk tickets to resolve customer issues.
• Perform sample verification and monitor test codes for matrix suitability.
• Ensure work is completed when co-workers are absent.
• Organize tasks in Sample Registration.
• Maintain cooperative relationships with coworkers.
• Assist in training new staff in Sample Registration.
• Update Sample Registration procedures and work instructions.
• Manage time to maximize productivity.
• Understand sample flow and priorities to maximize productivity.
• Respond to client, staff, and co-worker queries.
