Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Sample Registration Clerk in Des Moines, IA to support routine sample intake, data entry, and coordination with the testing team. You will ensure accurate recording of testing, reporting, and billing information in the lab information system.

The role requires a high level of attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work with cross-functional teams. This is a full-time onsite position with benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree in science preferred or equivalent.
• Type 45 words per minute.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Receive samples for analysis and enter data in the system per SOPs.
• Collaborate with technical staff to meet client expectations for testing, reporting and invoicing.
• Perform sample registration duties and ensure accuracy of entries.
• Assist with troubleshooting Fresh Desk tickets to resolve customer issues.
• Verify samples and monitor test codes for matrix suitability.
• Maintain productive workflow when coworkers are absent.
• Organize tasks in Sample Registration and maintain procedures.
• Support training of new staff in Sample Registration.
