Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a full-time team member to interpret and enter client samples, manage large projects, and maintain thorough client files. The role requires adherence to GMP/GLP, accuracy in data entry, and strong organization in a fast-paced lab setting.

Training is available, and the position offers full-time benefits and standard shift schedules. Excellent English communication and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. frequently.
• Computer skills, including data entry.
• Professional working proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Applies GMP/GLP in all areas of responsibility, as appropriate.
• Demonstrates and promotes the company vision.
• Regular attendance and punctuality.
• Moderate sample interpretation of clients’ analytical requirements and data entry.
• Project management of client projects; liaise between project manager and Sample Registration.
• Delivery of rush samples to appropriate technical centers.
• Maintain client files with quotes, purchase orders, and sample activity records.
• Handle incoming informational calls into department.
• Read, understand, and carry out SOPs; follow safety procedures.
• Unpack sample kits and coolers at lab.
• Provide training assistance within department to staff.
• Assist with labeling, filing, and related tasks.
• Conduct activities safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
