Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Sample Control Technician I in Jackson, TN to log and track receipt and shipment of samples, verify Chain of Custody, and prepare bottle kits for client delivery. You will label, route, and document samples, support lab analyses, and perform courier duties as needed while maintaining safe, organized work areas.

This full-time, day-shift role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, a valid driver's license, and the ability to pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficiency with office software, word processing and databases.
• Experience with laboratory procedures and basic math.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs, maintain accurate records.
• Must be able to operate vehicles per state regulations and company policy.

Responsibilities

• Log and track receipt and shipment of samples; verify Chain of Custody.
• Label and route samples; prepare bottle kits for clients daily.
• Distribute paperwork to Project Managers and labs; ensure documentation accuracy.
• Maintain freezer/cooler temps and sanitation for safe operations.
• May perform courier duties and on-call sampling/delivery as required.
