Job summary

Eurofins is seeking a Sample Control Technician I to log, label and track samples through the lab workflow, ensuring accurate custody and timely documentation. You may handle bottle-kit prep, courier tasks, and on-site deliveries while upholding safety and regulatory standards in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include logging into the Lab Management System, verifying COC documents, and maintaining inventory and cold-chain conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid state driver's license to operate company vehicles.
• Ability to pass a Motor Vehicle background check as required.
• TWIC card and TSA clearance may be required within 90 days of hire.
• May drive for long periods, up to 8 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Log samples into the Lab Management System and assign lot numbers.
• Label samples and deliver to appropriate labs for analysis.
• Prepare bottle kits for shipping and manage courier duties as needed.
• Dispose of spent samples and hazardous waste per procedures.
• Maintain temperatures and organize the department for safety and efficiency.
