Job summary

Eurofins Environment Testing (USA) is seeking a Login Technician/Courier to log and track the receipt and shipment of all samples, ensuring timely documentation and proper labeling. You will determine priority levels and testing procedures in line with Chain of Custody documentation and store samples per SOPs.

You will unload, verify, and log samples, communicate with PMs, and transport items to the appropriate labs. The role requires a valid driver's license and compliance with DOT regulations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License.
• Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without sponsorship.
• Professional working proficiency in English (read, write, and speak).
• Laboratory or sample handling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Receives and unloads incoming samples in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Verifies receipts against Chain of Custody (COC).
• Notes any discrepancies, clarifies and seeks resolution.
• Logs samples into the LIMS to assign job/sample number for tracking.
• Distributes paperwork to Project Managers.
• Labels samples accordingly with job/sample numbers for identification.
• Delivers samples to the appropriate analysis lab or walk-in.
• Forwards ICO samples to other laboratories as required, in accordance with DOT regulations.
• Will be responsible for the pick up and drop off of samples.
