Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the Software Asset Management lifecycle including licenses and renewals.
• Develop dashboards and KPI reports using ServiceNow Performance Analytics for executives.
• Identify opportunities to automate and streamline processes.
• Improve data quality and reporting accuracy across asset data.
• Support license reclamation and optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure effective asset management.
