Job summary

NTT DATA North America is seeking a skilled ServiceNow Administrator with a strong focus on Software Asset Management (SAM Pro) to support the EITaaS program. This role will manage SAM Pro configurations, data quality, integrations, and platform administration to optimize software assets across government IT environments.

The ideal candidate has extensive ServiceNow experience (SAM Pro), data integration know-how, and ITIL-aligned practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of experience including the duties and responsibilities.
• Bachelor’s Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience
• Minimum 3 years of experience with ServiceNow platform, including administration and development across multiple ServiceNow versions.
• Minimum 2 years of experience with ServiceNow Software Asset Management Professional (SAM Pro).
• Minimum 1 year of experience with data integration within ServiceNow and integrating with discovery sources.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize ServiceNow SAM Pro configurations, licenses, and inventories.
• Support data integration, validation, cleansing, and reconciliation processes.
• Perform routine ServiceNow admin tasks (ACLs, UI policies, workflows) and support upgrades.
• Collaborate with IT Asset Management and Procurement teams on SAM initiatives.
