BDO USA, LLP is seeking a Tax Manager, State and Local Tax to advise clients on SALT implications, support tax compliance, and drive business development within their specialization. The role collaborates with Core Tax Partners and Senior Managers to deliver SALT services across client engagements.

The Manager will oversee research, compliance, consulting, and controversy activities, mentoring SALT staff while ensuring quality, deadlines, and effective client service.

Formación

• Requires Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred or CPA considered.
• CPA certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Advises clients on state and local tax implications for business objectives.
• Markets and develops business in SALT with partners, directors and senior managers.
• Drafts tax memoranda and opinions; manages engagements and client expectations.
• Represents clients in tax controversies and responds to notices.
