Job summary

Sally Beauty Holdings, Inc. in Reno seeks a Salon Business Consultant to grow salon partnerships across Reno, Fallon, South Lake Tahoe, Sparks NV and Susanville CA. You will drive sales by using manufacturer resources, educate customers, and expand product lines.

Ideal candidate has salon/beauty industry experience, strong social media skills, and the ability to travel within the territory. This full‑time role offers uncapped commissions, a vehicle reimbursement plan, and full benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales experience or beauty industry experience with emphasis on consultative selling.

Responsibilities

• Identify key accounts within territory and establish an efficient route to grow and develop existing customers while seeking new partnerships.
• Demonstrate and assist customers in developing, planning, implementing, monitoring, and tracking results of in-salon promotions and programs.
• Communicate sales initiatives with vendors to achieve corporate goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
• Proactively prospect for new customers through cold calling and social media.
• Manage daily order entry and maintain customer information in Salesforce.
