Job summary

Sally Beauty in Richmond, VA seeks a Salon Business Consultant to drive salon growth across the territory. You will conduct regular in-person visits, present products, and help salons achieve sales goals through education and partnerships.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, social media engagement, and proactive account management. A vehicle is required for travel; uncapped commissions and full benefits are included.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum of 1 year outside sales or beauty industry consultative selling experience.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Strong social media usage to build pipelines and business.
• Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM preferred.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts and developing efficient routes to expand existing customers and add new partnerships.
• Demonstrate and assist customers in developing, planning, implementing, monitoring and tracking in-salon promotions and concepts.
• Determine customer needs and offer products and services to meet those needs.
• Communicate sales initiatives with vendors to achieve corporate goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
• Respond to emails, texts, and calls within 24 hours and maintain accurate customer records in CRM.
• Call on customers in person to execute sales goals and manage returns per procedures.
