Job summary

Sally Beauty is seeking a Salon Business Consultant to cover a Minnesota territory including Owatonna, Worthington, Jackson, Faribault, Albert Lea, and New Prague. This full-time role rewards growth in salon sales through product knowledge and manufacturer resources.

The ideal candidate will travel locally, build and maintain client relationships, and expand business with proactive promotions and social media engagement. A vehicle is required; benefits and uncapped commission are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year outside sales experience or beauty industry sales with consultative selling.
• Must live within the assigned territory.
• Strong social media usage to build pipelines and book of business.

Responsibilities

• Grow the business by identifying key accounts and planning an efficient route.
• Demonstrate and assist salons in developing, implementing, and tracking promotions and concepts.
• Meet sales goals and communicate initiatives with vendors to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
• Travel within the territory, attend shows and events as needed, and manage customer information in Salesforce.
