Sun Tan City Greensboro is seeking an Assistant Salon Director to maintain a high-energy, client-centric environment and drive store performance.

The role supervises Tanning Consultants, leads by example, and helps meet productivity goals while delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. This full-time position requires flexible hours including nights and weekends, and offers on-the-job training, growth opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Management or sales experience preferred.
• Proficient in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Able to lead in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities.
• Team-building and delegation skills.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Willing to work nights and weekends for coverage.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead operations to create client-centric experiences and hit sales goals.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon environment.
• Set goals for team members and provide coaching.
• Generate sales reports and assist with director duties.
• Help manage revenue, expenses, and staffing.
• Oversee staffing to ensure productivity and service.
• Work five days per week, 32–40 hours.
