Sun Tan City is seeking a motivated Assistant Salon Director to sustain a high-energy, client-focused environment and drive store performance. You will supervise Tanning Consultants, coach staff, and ensure operational excellence while achieving productivity goals.

The role emphasizes leadership, sales, and customer service with opportunities for advancement within a large family-owned tanning salon network. Full-time, on-site position with strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Retail management experience preferred but not required.
• Strong customer service and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily salon operations in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead by example and drive client-centric service.
• Maintain a clean, professional salon.
• Set goals for team members and monitor progress.
• Provide coaching and training to improve performance.
• Generate sales reports and manage inventory.
• Assist Salon Director with revenue and expense control.
• Ensure adequate staffing and manage labor costs.
• Work nights and weekends to provide management coverage.
• Reliable transportation to the bank as needed.
• Work five days per week, ~40–45 hours.
