Job summary

Hair Cuttery is seeking a Salon Manager who guides a team, drives growth, and upholds a safe, high-energy salon culture. You’ll mentor staff, manage payroll, and analyze performance to meet targets while keeping guests delighted.

You’ll operate as the “CEO” of your salon, partnering with beauty schools, recruiting top talent, and using our Stylist App and Zenoti to maximize bookings and elevate the guest experience.

Qualifications

• Licensed cosmetologist in the applying state.
• Minimum leadership experience is preferred.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced salon environment.

Responsibilities

• Talent Scout: recruit top stylists and build a dream team.
• Master the Guest Journey: lead by example to convert guests into fans.
• Grow Your Empire: leverage data/tools to meet sales goals and maximize scheduling.
• Be the Ultimate Mentor: use IGROW to develop associates.
• Set the Stage: ensure a safe, clean, and energetic salon environment.
