Job summary

Hair Cuttery is seeking a Salon Manager who acts as a coach, entrepreneur, and culture shaper. As the CEO of your salon, you’ll drive growth, profitability, and vibe while mentoring the next generation of top salon professionals.

You’ll recruit top stylists, lead the guest journey, and leverage data and tools like Stylist App and Zenoti to crush sales goals and maximize scheduling. Excellence in leadership and business savvy will be rewarded with growth opportunities within a large salon group.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
• Eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 12 months in a prior Leadership role preferred.
• Availability: 40 hours per week (5 days/8 hours per day).
• Physical stamina to stand, walk, and perform salon motions throughout shift.
• Ability to work in a salon environment with exposure to hair chemicals, scents, and fumes.
• Basic math skills for cash/inventory and commitment to training and events.

Responsibilities

• Be a Talent Scout: recruit top stylists, partner with local beauty schools, and build a dream team.
• Master the Guest Journey: lead by example behind the chair and turn first-time guests into lifelong fans.
• Grow Your Empire: use data and digital tools to hit sales targets, optimize schedules, and elevate salon reputation.
• Be the Ultimate Mentor: apply the IGROW model to help associates advance their careers.
• Set the Stage: maintain a safe, clean, and inspiring salon, compliant with State Board and OSHA standards.
