Hair Cuttery is seeking a Salon Manager to lead a dynamic team in a fast-paced salon environment. As the 'CEO' of your location, you will drive growth, profitability, and the client experience while mentoring stylists and support staff.

Responsibilities include recruiting talent, optimizing guest journeys, and using tools like the Stylist App and Zenoti to maximize schedule efficiency and salon reputation. Strong leadership and business skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Cosmetology license in the state you are applying for.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.
• Minimum of 12 months in a prior Leadership role.
• 40 hours per week across 5 days.
• Stamina to stand, walk and perform routine salon motions.
• Comfort working around salon chemicals and fumes.
• Basic math for cash and inventory; attend training.

Responsibilities

• Be a Talent Scout: recruit top stylists, partner with beauty schools.
• Master the Guest Journey: turn first-time guests into lifelong fans.
• Grow Your Empire: leverage Stylist App and Zenoti to hit sales goals.
